These pegs are really only suitable for holding down landscape fabric or plastic sheeting. They are a good length at 18cm and are strong enough to withstand being hammered into the ground. I would have preferred them to have a slightly bigger head as it is quite easy to hammer them completely through the fabric but that's avoidable if you take a bit more care when knocking them into the ground.

With multiple different versions all on the same listing, make sure you check the pictures/description carefully to ensure you purchase the correct type for you. The ones I got are the straight anchor pegs. They are 18cm length and have a 2cm diameter round top for hammering them in. I recommend a rubber mallet as a metal one will likely stress the plastic too much and cause it to shatter, however using a rubber mallet these stakes are very sturdy and stand up well to a good bashing. Overall I would say these are a good quantity of good quality stakes for a fair price.
